We’re looking for a super-talented, super-nice mid-level designer, who can create beautiful things in every medium. With 3-5 years of work experience under your belt, you know how to tackle any design challenge – from crafting packaging for products to creating the look for international campaigns to sell an entire country. You don’t just love design, but also understand how it’s often part of a bigger brand-building plan. And you can create great presentations to present your work in Keynote and PowerPoint. You’re fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch. We work with the Adobe After Effects, but skills in Figma are also very welcome.

Als Producer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strak begeleiden van meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd van briefing tot levering. Jij bent degene die de klant en andere betrokken partijen op de hoogte houdt van de status, die projectaanpak bepaalt en verantwoordelijk is voor projectbudgetten en kosten. Een belangrijke taak van de Producer is bovendien om ervoor te zorgen dat we het optimale uit creatie halen – dus niet alleen sturen, maar ook motiveren, stimuleren en meehelpen creëren.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle voorbereidende werkzaamheden zoals bijvoorbeeld het boeken van geluidstudio’s, vertaalbureaus en dergelijke. Projectadministratie is altijd up-to-date en vanwege je gestructureerde manier van werken weet je documenten en bestanden altijd feilloos te vinden.
De Producer staat stevig in zijn/haar schoenen en is qua type een 'ondernemer'. Je hebt een pro-actieve houding in het vinden van oplossingen. Opdrachten moeten snel, goed en voor een klein budget geleverd worden. Korte lijnen, dus hands-on mentaliteit, snel kunnen schakelen en een praktische instelling zijn vereisten.
- ongeveer 4 jaar relevante werkervaring bij een reclamebureau of productiebedrijf;
- ervaring op grote A-merk accounts en bij voorkeur ook internationale accounts;
- dienstverlenende instelling (intern en extern);
